The king room was decent with air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It had cable channels and a private bathroom. A desk for working. Loved the spa facilities. Easy check-in but could improve on the staff's phone etiquette. Wi-Fi was okay, but the location was convenient. Overall, a solid stay.

Room #16 had minimal setup, lacking even a simple chair, making it tough to work comfortably. The ceiling light was the only source of illumination, and the plastic folding chair provided later was far from ideal. Additionally, the TV reception was reminiscent of old antennas, and the nearby airport meant constant airplane noise. On a positive note, the grilled fish served was enjoyable, and the low price was appealing for budget travelers.

I had a cozy stay with a nice king-sized bed and a well-furnished room that made for a comfortable experience. The property felt safe and quiet, perfect for a restful night after a long drive. However, the check-in experience was a bit frustrating as the staff member was on the phone, which made the process feel unprofessional. Overall, a pleasant stay, just a quick note on the check-in efficiency would be appreciated.

We had a fantastic time staying here with our grandkids! The location was so convenient for exploring El Paso. We even took some time to enjoy the nearby golf course, with its gorgeous greens and fun desert landscaping. It was a hit with the family!

My kids wished for a bit more space for playtime indoors.

Basic but super clean and safe.

Room 10 felt pretty grimy. It smelled odd, like a mix of a cat box and who knows what else. The floor was bumpy and damp, and I had some unwanted guests – ants! The bed was kind of firm, but the sheets were worn out and the towels looked pretty dingy. It was spacious, and there was a flatscreen TV, but I wouldn't say that made up for the issues. Definitely needs some upgrades. Oh, and the door didn’t really close right either.
